Spicy, Garlicky Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients: Plain yogurt.
½ Hot Pepper
Two Cloves Garlic (again, use less if you want)
Chopped Dill
Salt
If desired, Oregano-Basil-Parsley
A wee bit of water

1. A) Split the hot pepper in half and pull the seeds out. B) Peel garlic. C) Put them into a small food processor with the wee bit of water-just enough to help it blend. D) Whiz it up. E) Pour the mixture into a small bowl. E) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SMALL FOOD PROCESSOR, use a whole hot pepper, chopped and seeded; and a garlic press or chop the garlic really fine. If using this method, place garlic and pepper into a small bowl. With a fork, mix it up with a little salt. 2. A) Take a soup spoon and put four spoons of plain yogurt into the bowl. B) Add salt, dill, and any other spices to taste. C) mix it all up.

What to use this on? As a salad dressing. As a spread for a sandwich. I used it with a chicken cheese steak I made. On steamed veggies. You get the point.
