Spicy, Garlicky Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients: Plain yogurt.
½ Hot Pepper
Two Cloves Garlic (again, use less if you want)
Chopped Dill
Salt
If desired, Oregano-Basil-Parsley
A wee bit of water
1. A) Split the hot pepper in half and pull the seeds out. B) Peel garlic. C) Put them into a small food processor with the wee bit of water-just enough to help it blend. D) Whiz it up. E) Pour the mixture into a small bowl. E) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SMALL FOOD PROCESSOR, use a whole hot pepper, chopped and seeded; and a garlic press or chop the garlic really fine. If using this method, place garlic and pepper into a small bowl. With a fork, mix it up with a little salt.
2. A) Take a soup spoon and put four spoons of plain yogurt into the bowl. B) Add salt, dill, and any other spices to taste. C) mix it all up.
