You must be wondering: what is a football team doing putting recipes on the website? Well, many of us love to cook. It's relaxing after a long day, sometimes; other times, it's just plain cheaper and healthier. Ok, sometimes it is healthier. These are original recipes, not copies of others. Many of these recipes may resemble others, but with variations. Take what's here as a spring board to your own variations. Measurements do not have to be exact; ingredients are not always available. I often use extra doses of some ingredients or substitute others. Those of you who have eaten my cooking know that garlic and hot peppers or hot sauce are staple ingredients in my cooking. If you don't like garlic or hot peppers, either leave them out or substitute for something else. If you ever get the time, play around and create something new. Another note. These recipes are presented without the frames used for other pages in this website in order to conserve space and to make printing out recipes easier.
