Israeli Salad
Perfect for the summer. If you go to Israel, you'll see this everywhere.
Ingredients:
Cucumber: diced
2 Tomatoes: diced, drained if desired
1 or 2 Onions: diced and chopped fine
Green or Red Pepper: diced
Lemon Juice-50 ml or one lemon's worth
Parsley, or whatever spice floats your boat
Salt and pepper

Dressing:
Plain Yogurt
Hot pepper to taste (1/4 in a food processor is enough for me, hint hint)
Mustard
Same spices as above here: parsley, dill, whatever
1. Take the salad ingredients and mix them together well.
2. For the dressing, mix it all up: first the hot pepper in a food processor with a little water. Pour into a bowl. Add yogurt, stir. Add mustard, say 2 teaspoons-more or less, stir. Add spices.
