You grow up surrounded by it, and then you think, I don't really know much about football, do I? Nevertheless, despite knowing only one team, the Redskins, I was able to go through the draft with little problem. Except first time through I was $ 3.7 million under the salary cap of $ 50 million. This weekend begins the season; so, we can all hope that a few of these players do well.
So why isn't Michael Westbrook on the team? Too expensive. Connell's numbers were within a range of Westbrooks already, but for much less money. Go Skins!
